Compacting Dies with Large sizes.

We have three solutions for our customer's requirement of large size drawing dies which are especially used in compacting wires and stranding wires.

1. When D< 20mm
   This die can be made by PCD diamond die blanks with C Type.


2. When D<40mm
   This die can be made by PCD diamond die blanks with S Type.


3. When D>40mm
   This die can be made by blanks with nanometer layer diamond coating on tungsten carbide nib.
   That can be called nano dies
